"Outstanding service. I caught a flat tire on an E-Bike I purchased on Amazon, and no repair shop wanted to help me. All of them supposedly specialize in E-Bikes as well, but wanted nothing to do with me since I didn’t purchase from them. I gave Bicycle Doctor a call desperate to get back on the road.__They came out to me the next day and replaced both tires. Within 15 minutes, I was back on the road and my bike was running better than before. Everyone I spoke with from the kind person on the phone, to the two mechanics who came out to fix the tire displayed excellent customer service.
