"My sons school accidently broke his wheelchair and said he couldnt go to school till it was fixed. Before I called the bicycle doctor, I had spent THREE HOURS calling around medical supply companies and ultimately the manufacturer of my son's Trotter. The manufacturer told I would need a $200 replacement part. Instead, i called the doctor and went to his house (he works from home). He pulled my son's wheelchair from the trunk for me. He took a look at the chair, at my son and I and told me "I got you." His wife led my son and I inside and made small talk with us for a few minutes before heading back outside to see how long the repair would take---but he was already done! He fixed the chair in 5 minutes flat! Then, he told me "no charge. Reviews mean more to me than money". I couldn't believe it! This man is a lifesaver!! my boy has wheels again!"

"These guys (and gal) are awesome! I had a crazy short emergency timeline for getting tubes for my wheelchair and they move some things around to fit me in before I left on vacation. I can’t say enough about these guys helping me out. I highly recommend them for any bike, or wheelchair needs."

"I have 4 kids that are pretty hard on their bikes. I have used the bicycle doctor several times to fix our bikes and also for a yearly bicycle "tune up". I am always pleased with the job they do. It is hard to transport 6 bikes so I love the convince of them coming to me."
