"I have never been to their shop/office/stationary location, to my regrets._However, I have used their "house call" service many times and every time is a great experience. They are a father and son team that both have a passion for cycling and it shows. They are so fair with pricing that I have an uncontrollable urge that forces me to tip them extra(buy them lunch). I've had simple repairs on cheaper bikes done and I've had my multi-thousand dollar e trike abducted, repaired (electronic repair, not mechanical) and returned in great condition by them. I just hope they took it for a little joy (test) ride before returning my baby.__These guys are hands down the best experience I've ever had in the realm of repairs and advice. These guys almost make me wish that I would need their service more often._I so very highly recommend doing business with this more than fair, friendly and fun team."
